I am the woman who sat in her kitchen, surrounded by herbs and intention, blending teas the world told me were not a business — and knowing in my bones they were medicine.
I ran a tea room in Waverly, Iowa. I poured tea for strangers who became family. I watched what happened when someone held a warm cup and finally exhaled. I knew then that this was my purpose.
"I did not start Secret Garden Terra Teas because I wanted to build a company. I started it because my body needed healing — and so did everyone around me. The garden grew from that truth."
